This workshop is designed to provide healthcare professionals with an in-depth understanding of fluids, electrolytes, and acid-base balance in the human body.

Understand the basics of fluids, electrolytes, and acid-base balance in the body
Identify common imbalances in fluids, electrolytes, and acid-base balance, including their causes and clinical presentations.
Perform appropriate laboratory tests to evaluate fluid, electrolyte, and acid- base imbalances.
Understand the indications for and use of various intravenous fluids and electrolyte solutions.
Understand the importance of acid-base balance and the physiological mechanisms that regulate pH
Develop proficiency in interpreting arterial blood gas (ABG) values and diagnosing acid-base disorders.
