Course Description (in brief):
- Disasters have been part of life whether it is natural or manmade and it occurs unexpectedly and cause many severe problems (Destructions, Deaths, Diseases, Damages, Deteriorations, and the like)
- Mass Causality is defined simply as a number of victims when their need to be manage effectively exceed the available resources
- Taking care of the victims depends mainly on two areas, namely pre hospital (disaster scene) and hospitals
- Proper training and planning are the keys of success
